Tabadulat Partners with Fasset to Unlock Tokenised Halal Investments

Abu Dhabi, December 2025 – Tabadulat Limited (Tabadulat), the UAE-based Shariah-compliant investing platform, and Fasset Labuan Limited (Fasset), an international digital assets exchange and blockchain solutions company, announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on Shariah-compliant tokenised assets.

The partnership brings together Tabadulat’s fully licensed brokerage platform, the UAE’s first free Halal trading service under ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), with Fasset’s global issuance and trading infrastructure serving users across 125 countries.

Key objectives of the collaboration include:

• Joint Education and Awareness: Tabadulat and Fasset will develop co-branded webinars, workshops, and content programs to promote Halal investing, including potential certifications and awareness campaigns on Shariah-compliant digital and real-world assets.
  
  
• Shariah-Compliant Tokenised Assets & Market Expansion: The Parties will jointly develop and distribute tokenised real-world assets, including global and regional stocks, Sukuk, and savings products, leveraging Tabadulat’s regulated infrastructure and Fasset’s technological solutions.
  
  
• Innovation and Collaboration: The partnership will explore business and technical feasibility for future projects, sharing knowledge, development materials, and innovations in a cooperative framework.
