This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a valid, binding and enforceable contract between you and Fasset Financial Services W.L.L. (“Fasset Bahrain”), a company duly established under the law of the Kingdom of Bahrain with CR No. 175702-1, with the registered address [Office: 211, Building 120, Road 3803, Manama. Bahrain] licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain with a Category-3 License (“Fasset” which term shall, unless repugnant to the context, also include Fasset Group).
